Mr. Showri Reddy is the founder and CEO of Pooja Crafted Homes pvt ltd.
If we are looking for inspiration we will end up lost in listening to Showri. The Architectural designs at Pooja Crafted homes are not made by way of brain but by way of cultivated and enriched heart of Showri. It is his ingenious vision that Pooja Crafted Homes are artistically designed to bring green environment to every threshold so that, one need not go to nature to be soothed and healed.
Having initially devoted his early age to Agriculture at his home land, Showri added many to his accomplishments. He dared to challenge himself while shifting his career from agriculture to Automotive industry, and then to Cotton ginning, pressing and exporting business. The crossover skills he acquired, rally rounded him to success. He fondly embraced the new change and always kept his dreams alive. He dint look back after 2001 when he discovered that his real passion for business lies in real estate making a common man’s dream-home come true.
Showri holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce stands an example to prove that “there is no evidence that success at university is linked to achievement in professional assessments”.
Mr. P Chiranjeeva Kumar, Finance Director with 22 years experience has an entrepreneurial style and spirit. He has wealth of knowledge & experiences to tackle multiple tasks by adapting to the changing situations and priorities. He employ's Strategy and Planning with co-ordination to work well during challenging situations. He is also responsible in management of projects outside of Telangana.
holds the position of the Chief Operating Officer
and is involved in developing and managing the current business plans of the company. He possesses excellent leadership and communication skills and oversees all internal operations like development of company’s policies & procedures along with day to day operations of each department.
Kiran brings in many years of experience from the fields of Manufacturing, Consulting & Information Technology. He had earlier worked with Fresenius AG, Germany and Deloitte Consulting LLP. He had undertaken various consulting projects in the U.S, Germany, Hong Kong, China, Korea, France and Mumbai.
Kiran is an MBA with management information systems from Germany.
Mr. Hemachander Reddy Polam,
Director – Legal is responsible for land procurements, registrations, land transactions, statutory liaison with revenue and other government and corporate departments etc. He Manages the estate and assets of the group.
Mr. Rakesh Talwar is our Vice President of Marketing & Sales. He is a qualified MBA professional specialised in Marketing and Sales with 30 years of rich experience in diversified industries like Real Estate, Stock markets, Banking, Beverages, Media etc. He has to his credit the sales of high end villas in Gachibowli,Hyderabad,1 million sft of IT SEZ leasing in Uppal, Hyderabad etc and handled volumes of over Rs1000 crores.His real estate expertise extends to all verticals of real estate-residential, commercial and retail.
Mr. Veerabhadraiah Kacham Vice President – Procurement is responsible for procurement which adds efficiency and transparency through standardized process. He identifies company needs, evaluates potential suppliers and negotiates with them over price and quality to find the best fit for the company. He also takes hold of project wise file management.
Mr. Srinivas Bhogaraju, Vice President – Projects with a split role in terms of responsibility and deliverables, he heads all projects having a team of project staff to manage, which includes Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Support staff. He plays a key role in terms of resource management, ensuring that project personnel are assigned to the portfolio of projects as well as business as usual activities. In addition he has a responsibility for the delivery, maintenance and adherence to project standards.
Mrs. Lakshmi, steers the Customer Relationship Management. While believing that relationships with customers are based on trust, transparency, professionalism and strict compliance with contract terms, she aims at CRM systems to integrate and automate sales, marketing and customer support.
Lakshmi served at reputed organizations in various key positions. In her service of 23 years, She had diversified her career into assorted fields like teaching, banking, real estate etc. Her previous assignments include Client Relationship Management at a Public Sector Bank, Finance and Marketing in a couple of reputed real estate companies. Added exposure to the international work culture helped her to compete and sustain in today’s corporate sector.
Lakshmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education and obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.
